I had a great stay at this hotel, which was super clean and had a brand new feel to it. The location, just across from Kyoto Station, was incredibly convenient for getting around. While the staff was able to help in multiple languages and the service was good, I noticed a few things could be improved regarding the amenities. Overall, it offered good value for the price, despite some minor hiccups.
